Cristiano Santinelli specialises in forensics and investigations, and more specifically in expert dispute resolution.
He has built up considerable experience as a court-appointed expert witness and technical consultant to the parties in a number of specialist areas of civil law disputes, especially in such areas as the definition of debt-to-credit ratios in banking, insurance, transport and agency contracts and the assessment of the operations of directors and auditors in liability actions. In the area of criminal law, he specialises as consultant to the parties in their technical defence in the course of bankruptcy offense proceedings against directors and auditors.
He is joint head of the department of Valuation within the firm.
He has built up extensive experience in the valuation of businesses, shareholdings and intangible assets, with particular reference to extraordinary transactions, valuations in bankruptcy procedures and civil and tax assistance in relation to sale and purchase transactions.
He has worked as a teaching assistant in the Strategic Analysis and Business Evaluation course at Bicocca University in Milan, and also acted as a member of the state examination commission for chartered and certified accountants.
He is a graduate of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, and is a Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan. He is a Statutory Auditor, court-appointed expert witness at the Court of Milan and sale and enforcement officer in procedures involving the forfeiture of movable property and real estate assets.
