Laura Di Bella, a graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, specialises in fiscal and taxation matters, financial statements and corporate affairs.
She has built up considerable skills and experience as a tax specialist, and supplies assistance and consultancy services to a number of enterprises, inclusive of companies belonging to international groups headquartered in the USA and Spain and operating in such industries as food and beverage and oil and gas, fashion and mass retail distribution, as well as partnerships and private individuals.
She also provides her clients with assistance in first and second degree tax assessment proceedings and disputes.
She assists official receivers and liquidators in every stage of bankruptcy and insolvency procedures and the related tax matters.
She is a member of and the secretary to the study commission on Corporate Law within the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants of Catania.
