Sergio Finulli

CHARTERED ACCOUNTAT

Sergio Finulli specialises in tax and corporate law. He has built up considerable experience in assisting Italian and foreign clients with the setting up of a multidisciplinary approach to the management of their operations, for which purpose he works with lawyers and professionals specialising in other areas. He has many years of experience within GGI Global Alliance, where he works with foreign professional specialists, and currently occupies the role of Regional Vice Chairperson Europe & Middle East Africa in the International Taxation Practice Group. In the area of international relations, he has been a member of Swisschamber, the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Italy, for several years.
He undertakes missions for the Court of Milan, mainly in corporate rescue and insolvency procedures, and company restructuring and turnaround operations.
He occupies positions on the boards of directors and supervisory bodies of companies and non-commercial entities in Italy and abroad.
He is committed to a number of solidarity and non-profit initiatives, and is currently the Chairman of Epsilon, a non-profit association which finances projects for the support of deprived children in developing countries.
Epsilon operates with zero overheads and, under the terms of its articles of association, it allocates 100% of the funds collected by it to the financing of the projects undertaken by it.
He has been a lecturer at the Polytechnic of Milan and Chairman of the Community Regulatory Commission within the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants of Milan. As a member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants of Milan, he teaches on a number of the courses sponsored by that organisation.
He is a graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, is a member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants of Milan and is listed in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
