Mariagiulia Signori is a qualified, professional specialist in civil and corporate law, M&A, due diligence and bankruptcy law.
Her experience and knowledge in these areas have enabled her to develop solid skills and an in-depth understanding of the related legal affairs of her clients in the world of business, in Italy and abroad.
She has built up extensive experience in providing assistance to corporations and private enterprises in business mergers and acquisitions, with the supply of support for the due diligence operations and the negotiation of agreements. She also provides specialist assistance to corporations and private enterprises in insolvency procedures, bankruptcy proceedings and matters relating to the safeguarding of creditors.
She is a trustee in two leading insurance companies.
Her interest in international affairs and relations has enabled her to become a member of GGI Global Alliance, within which she is an active member of two Practice Groups: “LDR – Litigation and Dispute Resolution” and “Debt Collection, Restructuring and Insolvency”. Also in the area of international affairs, she has been a member of ICC Italia (the Italian International Chamber of Commerce) for a number of years.
She is joint head of marketing and communications within the firm.
A graduate of the University of Milan, she is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
