Cino Ripani is a specialist advisor in M&A and extraordinary financing transactions and a trainer in corporate finance.
He began his career within merchant banks, before moving on to private consultancy companies.
He is the former head of the Support Network for Companies in Difficulty (Rete per l’Affiancamento alle Imprese in Difficoltà) for the Lombardy Region.
His training services currently focus on enterprises and banks. He was previously the Professor of Stock Exchange Procedures at Carlo Bo University in Urbino.
On the basis of the extensive experience he has built up as an advisor, he provides invaluable support in M&A transactions, working in close contact with professional specialists, lawyers and chartered accountants, to enable them to make an important contribution to the consultancy services offered.
