He specialises in property law in its various forms, including private procurement contracts, contract negotiation and drafting and the related disputes, and provides assistance to contractors and enterprises in each phase of the tendering process.
In the area of real estate, he focuses on matters relating to the purchase, sale and management of property complexes. He is able to assist his clients in the negotiating of real estate contracts, the settlement of ownership disputes and the management of tax affairs, both in and out of court.
He also specialises in expropriations for public utility purposes, and offers assistance to private individuals and operators in expropriation compensation procedures and the related judgments before the courts.
He is also an expert in tax law, in relation to which he has worked for many years in close cooperation with the chartered accountants within the firm.
He is an expert litigator and assists his clients in every stage in the proceedings, from mediation to assistance in the civil courts and tax tribunals at all levels.
