In the course of the years, she has developed specific skills in electronic payment and settlement systems (e-money, prepaid cards and gift cards), in respect of which she provides assistance and specialist opinions to Italian and foreign issuers before the Bank of Italy Retail Payment Instruments and Services Division.
She supplies supervision on matters linked to corporate affairs in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate and contract law and related matters.
She is a regular speaker at conferences and conventions and the author of several articles and publications in copyright and industrial matters.
She also occupies a Counsel role within the Tebano Corvucci law firm in Bologna and is an associate of AIPPI (the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
