Luca Sandri is a professional specialising in industrial law (trademarks, patents, copyrights, software design and know-how), the protection of toys and their safety aspects and law as applicable to new technologies and the related proceedings in civil and criminal law.
In the course of the years, he has developed in-depth skills in these areas in the management of relations with customs authorities and chambers of commerce, and the related matters in civil and commercial law.
He has built up extensive experience in the management and settlement of personal data processing disputes within companies and on the marketplace, including the transfer of personal data to foreign countries.
He is the author of several articles and publications on industrial, security and privacy matters, and has taken part in a number of conferences as a speaker.
A graduate of the University of Bologna, he is a member of the Bar Association of Milan.<\/p>\n
