We offer consultancy on both direct and indirect taxation, and in the area of compliance as applicable to ordinary corporate management and in relation to extraordinary transactions. <\/p>\n

The specialist team at Sofi\u00e6 also deals with the tax regulations and provisions applicable to medium and large groups of enterprises, including those of a multinational nature, to which we provide assistance with the drafting of tax consolidation returns and statements (both national and international), the settlement of group VAT accounts, transfer pricing and company restructuring transactions (acquisitions, mergers, demergers and assignments).<\/p>\n
